1. About Find2Win

Find2Win ("we", "us", "our") operates a live treasure-hunt competition where participants search for hidden items in public places to win prizes. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Find2Win website at find2win.com and participation in Find2Win hunts.

2. Eligibility

Anyone may participate in Find2Win hunts. No account registration is required to participate. You may join our waitlist by providing your email address. Prize claims are subject to age requirements as set out in our Official Rules.

3. Account & Participation

A verified Find2Win account is required to participate in hunts. You must provide accurate personal details and verify your identity. Hunts are broadcast via live stream. Entry terms and any applicable fees are displayed before each hunt. You may subscribe to notifications to be alerted when hunts launch in your area.

4. Prize Terms

• Delivery and collection: Prizes will be delivered to the winner or made available for collection at a location agreed between the winner and Find2Win. Delivery timescales will be communicated at the time of the win. Cash prizes will be paid via bank transfer within 14 working days of identity verification.
• Cash alternative: Where a prize listing is flagged as having a cash alternative, the winner may choose to receive the stated cash value instead of the physical prize. Cash alternatives are only available where explicitly stated on the prize listing.
• Vehicle prizes: Vehicle prizes are awarded as the vehicle itself. The prize does not include insurance, road tax (VED), MOT, fuel, or any other running costs. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with taxing, insuring, and operating the vehicle from the date of transfer. Find2Win will provide the vehicle with a valid MOT where required by law at the time of handover.
• Prize substitution: Find2Win reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Find2Win shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, loss, or damage arising from participation in a hunt, except where caused by our negligence.
• You participate in hunts entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety and for complying with all applicable laws while participating.
• Find2Win's total aggregate liability to any participant shall not exceed the value of the prize for the relevant hunt.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

6. Content Rights

Find2Win hunts are broadcast via live stream. By participating in a hunt, you acknowledge that you may appear in live stream footage, recorded video, photographs, and other media captured during the hunt. You grant Find2Win a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and display any footage, photographs, or recordings in which you appear during a Find2Win hunt for promotional, editorial, and commercial purposes.

If you are the winner, you agree to participate in reasonable promotional activity including (but not limited to) a winner announcement video, social media posts, and press coverage.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new version number and date. Continued participation in Find2Win hunts after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
